What I'm Playing:

Some retro gaming on the Wii, introducing the kids to more Mario before the big day.

-Mario Kart 64 was skipped back then as I was into PC racing sims, this is a quality title. Only took my daughter one day to not only beat me but feel sorry for me don't you just love that.

-Super Mario World, never did finish it, probably never will at this rate, superb game design, just hope Galaxy lives up to the reviews.

Not Playing:

-PGR4, still not got Forza 2 setup properly, need one of those driving seats, ehh santa?

-Halo 3

-Metroid Prime 3, quality series but I've still not recovered from all the back tracking in the first one

What's to Come:

-Super Mario Galaxy, wife works late on release day, big bag a chips already in the cupboard daughter allowed to stay up late

-Call of Duty 4, skipped 2 and 3 so really looking forward to this.

-Lego Star Wars

-The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass

-Resi 4 Wii, almost a budget game now.

-Ace Combat 6

-Sensible Soccer Live Arcade, ahh the memories.

-Super Mario Bros. 3, was console less in 1990, one to add to Virtual Console.

-Orange Box, like I have time.

I dont know what you're plan is entirely, but i just beat COD4, and the single player is by far the best, most immersive gaming experience i've ever had to date. Highly recommended.

Maybe will get:

- NFS Pro Street (waiting for the reviews)

- Lego Star Wars – complete saga

- Army of Two.

Was thinking about Guitar Hero III, but it costs something like Assassin's Creed and Skate together… (and still some cash is left)… well, will also think about it, but not too soon for sure

I totally skipped the Halo train and I'm not that shook up about it, especially now that Assassin's Creed is coming out soon. That's probably the game I'm looking forward to the most, aside from GTA IV and Splinter Cell: Conviction (though I haven't actually finished the last SC yet).

Every day I have an internal struggle on the do I or don't I get GH III, so far I think I'm winning and I think it's a good thing.

Other than that, I think PGR4 might make me crack open the ol' racing wheel and make me get back into Forza 2 as well. We'll see though.

I see you're not much for sports games though, why's that?

I accidentally deleted my profile (as you did a while back) but luckily I was going to be migrating to an online profile soon, anyway. Just need to rebuild my (albeit very small) 1000 gamerscore now, and play through the campaigns of my collection again.

Wow, lots of good games out now… just realizing that

What I'm Playing:

- Halo 3 (best team slayer ever)

- Project Gotham 4 (presently surprised by this one, love the addition of motorcycles)

- Virtua Fighter 5 (great visuals, best fighting game on 360 since DOA 4)

What I'm Waiting to Play:

- Lego Star Wars (Oooo I can't wait to grab this one!)

- Need for Speed Pro Street (demo was awesome!)

@Jordan: I haven't had too many team games where I ended up muting people, but it has happened. I was referring to straight up deathmatch games where kids talk about what they did at school or some ass is spewing the most derogatory shit you can imagine. Or my personal favourite, the asshole who won't stop singing. Who does that? You want to sing me a lullaby while I shoot you? I'll never understand that. But it must happen often, as that's actually one of the reasons you can choose when you give someone a negative review.

I've rarely had to deal with teammates that I wanted to mute. I know at times I tend to talk more than anyone else in regards to where they're at, and what they're doing.

But I think I've lucked out when I play. I've had many.. two games where I just took off my headset since I didn't want to hear the kids rambling on about anything other than the match itself.

Though I do tend to stick with the same few people every day when I'm gaming. I just like playing with a team that knows what they're doing, and how we all can function together. M akes it better too when you've all got something in common

Much better than playing with random people that won't party up even after a spectacular winning match.
