Transformers Movie Announced

I remember hearing a mention of a live action Transformers movie some time last year – but nothing ever came of it… until now! At Comic-Con this weekend, Dreamworks officially announced the movie by parking a life-sized Optimus Prime in the convention centre. Not too much is known about the movie just yet, except that it will be directed by Michael Bay and the executive producer is Steven Spielberg.

There’s an official movie site already online and of course, a blog to accompany it. There’s a video of a dude…

I saw this a couple days ago on MTV’s new broadband video site, Overdrive. I didn’t post it then, cause I was waiting for an alternate source so I didn’t have to plug them… but I guess I just did, didn’t I? Shit, anyway…

Watch this – seriously, it’s awesome! I’m now extremely stoked about this movie. At first, the thought of another Batman movie made me cringe. I didn’t really like anything past the first one with Michael Keaton as Bruce Wayne. Ugh, just pictured Arnold as Mr. Freeze or whatever. Who thought that…
