Although I do really like your wireframe's but if I'm going to be a lil' critic then its already to designed. (I would mind it if I had to make a design based on your wireframe, but since you might do both jobs I don't think that will be a problem for you) The only thing that might work against you is that your wireframe are already a concept design or more a fist stage moodboard, if a customer wants another layout then you had in mind then you need to work out both things again. Wireframing is invaluable and a great first step when going through visuals with clients.
